Quitters don’t win!

Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit – Napoleon Hill

The easiest thing to do is give up!

Life is a race with many hurdles we must overcome if we are to win…and God is routing for us to win!
However, overwhelming situations many times challenge us to drop out of the race.

Where backing off seems to require little or no effort; unbeknownst to many, it is more costly to quit than it is to win.

Quitting can cost you your God-given vision!

It can cost a man or woman their marriage, their relationships, their career or business…all of which have an intrinsic propensity to be great.

Effort has reward. The reward of effort is released with time, so, we can say that effort will test our perseverance through time. Consider the bible verse below:

Habakkuk 2:3 MSG
This vision-message is a witness
pointing to what’s coming.
It aches for the coming—it can hardly wait!
And it doesn’t lie.
If it seems slow in coming, wait.
It’s on its way. It will come right on time.

Jesus, in the garden of Gethsemane, though pressed, almost beyond measure, refused to quit.

He had a vision of salvation for as many as would come – a worthy purpose to fulfill. This purpose drove him all the way to the cross to be crucified and even then, he still did not quit! His reward, 2000 years later is you and I.

So, when tempted to quit pursuing our God-given vision because of seemingly overwhelming challenges, we must remember that winners don’t quit and quitters don’t win!

Stay in the race. Wait for the reward of your effort.

It will be well worth the wait since God is on your side!
