Is this for Real?

Acts 12:9 (Acts 12:5-11)

Ever needed a ‘miracle’?

The dictionary defines a miracle as: “a highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences.”

This was the case for Peter, one of 12 disciples of Jesus. He had gotten in some trouble for his preaching the good news and had been incarcerated by the authorities. It was a tough situation Peter found himself in!

The church was praying and you bet Peter must have been too…perhaps you’ve found yourself in a similar, dire circumstance or maybe you are in one even now?

Well, one day, while lying in chains in prison…the miraculous steps into the ordinariness of Peter’s life.
And in the darkness of the prison cell, the light of God shines, breaking his confining chains to set him free!

It was so sudden that Peter felt like he was dreaming.

He must have pinched himself a time or two: Unbelievable and amazing are words that may have come to mind…!

He wondered…Is this for real or is this a figment my imagination?

Psalm 126:1 – When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dreamed…

It was for real! Peter had been delivered by the God who is capable to invade spaces and times.

From invading the ‘prison situations’ of life to emancipate us to establishing our path in His purpose.

HE IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS OF PERFORMING MIRACLES…

OUR GOD IS REAL!

Never give up on Him, He won’t give up on you.

Stay encouraged in your transformation.
