Feel forgotten sometimes?

It can be a lonely place to be.

But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me. Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you” Isaiah 49:14-15
God has zero capacity to forget!

Let this thought refresh you today.

He is not subject to short-term or long term memory like man because He is not a man, He is Spirit hence He is unlimited in every area.

Life has taught me not to place a limit on God’s capacity in my life by my perception of myself or others. He is not like us. We say: “Out of sight is out of mind”…Well, we are never out of His sight hence we are never out of His mind. Isaiah 49:16

No matter how long we live on earth, every second of our lives is under God’s control.

Consider Joseph: He was a blessing to all he was incarcerated with in prison, yet we learn in Genesis 40:23
– The baker forgot him
– The butler forgot him
– But God didn’t forget him!

At God’s appointed time he was released and elevated.

So let’s not look at God through the same lens with which we look at man simply because man is limited and has the capacity to forget and disappoint but NOT God.
